NHAS is a member society of The Eastern States Archaeological Federation (ESAF) and is represented on the ESAF board by an appointed representative.
ESAF Executive Board has voted in favor of amending the ESAF By-Laws. As required by the current bylaws, I am reporting the proposed changes to the Bylaws to the member societies three months before the Annual ESAF meeting. Please see the attached document with the proposed revision to the ESAF Bylaws and 3 PDF reports for context regarding the proposed bylaws changes.
These By-Laws may be amended by action of the Executive Board, subject always to possible veto or amendment by at least a two-thirds majority of the assembled, eligible voting members at the Annual General Business Meeting of the FEDERATION ( 91st Annual Meeting, November 7-10, 2024, Salve Regina University, Newport, Rhode Island)
